What is My Account?
You can view and update your account and orders any time through "My Account" after you sign in to your account. With "My Account" you can manage/edit all your personal data, change your password and track the status of your orders.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed immediately. We will send a confirmation mail to the email address associated with your account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique order ID for your reference and a listing of the item/s you have ordered.
Is it necessary to have a Forty Red Bangles account to shop?
While it is not necessary to have a Foty Red Bangles account to browse through items it is necessary to have one in order to shop.
How do I make a payment for a purchase?
We offer multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit card, debit card, net banking, bank transfer and cash on delivery. All credit/debit card details remain confidential and private.
What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is an alternate method of purchasing from us. In the COD payment terms or COD service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance. Please note that the courier person will give you the parcel only after he receives the cash payment. You cannot open the parcel before payment.
Are there any charges for a COD purchase?
There may be COD charges per product which will be communicated to you when you complete your transaction. We do not process COD orders for invoice value of more than Rs. 5000.
How do I pay using a credit/debit card and is it safe?
We accept all VISA, MasterCard for both Indian and international. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit credit/debit card number and the 3 digit CVV code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.

All credit/debit card details remain confidential and private. Forty Red Bangles and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.
I am asked by the courier company to pay Octroi. What should I do?
Nagpur , Sangli , Dombivili , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri & Chinchwardi , Kothrud (Pune) , Ahmednagar , Pune , Akola are octroiable cities. Any applicable Octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities. Forty Red Bangles is not responsible for any Octroi payments.
What are reward points?
Reward points are credits earned when you perform certain actions on the website. Registering earns you 50 points, signing up for the newsletter 10, referring a friend 10, friend's first purchase 50, reviewing a product 5 and also points every time you make a purchase. Points are also awarded for liking products via Facebook and sharing products via email, twitter and Pinterest.
How do I exchange reward points for store credit?
You can use your reward points at the checkout page at the time of your purchase. 10 reward points gives you credit of Re.1.00. You could use your reward points to claim a discount on your purchase or save up enough points to make your entire purchase!
Where can I view my reward points?
You can view your reward points under “My Account”. Here you can see the points you have collected, the point-currency exchange rate and the expiry date of your points. You also have the option of sending your points to a friend.
How do I check the current status of my orders?
You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, by clicking on the “Sign In” link in the top right of any page on our store and signing in to your account. This will take you to your account page, where you can click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all orders.
What does the order status mean ?
Processing: We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.
Shipped: Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.
Complete:Your order has been delivered at your specified delivery location.
When and how can I cancel an order ?
Though the Forty Red Bangles website itself does not have any option to cancel an order once the payment is made, you can definitely get in touch with our Customer Service team on +91 22 22824555 at the earliest (within 24 hours of placing the order) with your Order No. to cancel it. If your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund the amount as store credits.
How are items packaged?
All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with a plastic wrap.
What are the delivery charges?
The shipping charges are different for different items and is mentioned clearly at the time of checkout.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is within 7 working days for domestic orders and 21 working days for international orders. All orders get shipped within 5 working days from the warehouse.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Blue Dart, Aramex, and TNT. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
Does Forty Red Bangles deliver internationally?
Forty Red Bangles does deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. We use Blue Dart and TNT to deliver your shipments safely and timely to you.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
All items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We will email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.
How do I modify or change my order?
Our helpful and friendly Customer Service Executives are always at your service in case you want to modify your order; simply call +91 22 22824555. They will also be happy to help you if you want to update your shipping address. Remember to be as quick as possible and contact our Customer Service at the earliest for anything like this.
I've cancelled an order. By when can I expect a refund?
Once your order has been cancelled, we will immediately process the refund. Your refund will be in the form of store credits, which can be used for any of your subsequent purchases with us. The subsequent purchases need to be made within 90 days.
In which cases can I return the product?
You can return a product in the following two scenarios: 1. A product is damaged, possibly in transit. Forty Red Bangles does have a highly stringent Quality Control Department; however, at times, a few hitches might go unnoticed. 2. Mismatched product delivered, in terms of style, colour and / or size. If you want to return the product for any other reason apart from the above-mentioned ones, please get in touch with our Customer Service within 48 hours from the receipt of delivery. You can either call our Customer Service on +91 22 22824555 between 11.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. (IST), or email us at info@fortyredbangles.com.
When can I return the product?
Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost or issue you a store voucher for the amount you paid for that product. In case of damaged products, please send us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
